(A) Refund Eligibility

(B) Refund Procedure

1. Upon discovering an issue that meets refund eligibility, the consumer shall submit a refund application via the designated refund‑application channel of this website within the time limit specified by the website (generally within 3 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product / service). A detailed description of the problem and relevant evidence (e.g., product photographs, service records, communication screenshots, etc.) shall be provided.
2. Upon receipt of the refund application, the website will complete an initial review within 7 working days. If the submitted materials are incomplete or evidence is insufficient, the website will notify the consumer to supplement relevant information.
3. Where product return is required upon approval of the application, the consumer shall send back the product within 1 calendar day after receiving the notification, in accordance with the return address and requirements provided by the website. The product shall be kept in its original condition, with complete packaging, accessories, gifts and other attachments unused (reasonable wear and tear caused by quality‑check inspection of goods excepted).
4. After receiving and verifying the returned product, the website will process the refund via the consumer’s original payment method. The actual arrival time of the refund depends on the processing speed of each payment channel, generally within 7 working days and no later than 15 working days. If a consumer commits fraudulent acts during the refund process (e.g., intentionally damaging products to obtain refunds, submitting false evidence, etc.), the website reserves the right to reject the refund application and pursue corresponding legal liabilities against the consumer in accordance with law. If products are damaged, lost or delayed during logistics transportation, but the consumer has signed for receipt without raising objections on‑the‑spot upon delivery, subsequent refund applications filed by the consumer on grounds of product damage, loss or delay will be supported by the website through coordination with the logistics provider; however, the website shall not bear direct refund liability.

IV. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

1. The conclusion, performance, interpretation and dispute resolution of this Refund Policy Disclaimer shall be governed by the laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China.
2. Any dispute arising out of the performance of this Disclaimer between the consumer and the website shall first be settled through amicable negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the competent people’s court. During dispute resolution, both parties shall continue to perform other clauses of this Disclaimer except for the disputed portion.
